Cancellation, refund, and change fees.

Cancellation terms
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email). The following applies:
| Time before departure | Refund |
|---|---|
| 45 days or more | Deposit refunded in full |
| 30–44 days | 50% of the amount paid |
| Less than 30 days | No refund |
Special cases
- Visa refusal — the amount paid is refunded minus visa fees and actual incurred costs (ticket or hotel penalties)
- Flight tickets are governed by the airline's own refund conditions
- Force majeure (natural disaster, border closure, etc.) — payment can be transferred to a future tour, or refunded minus actual incurred costs
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned within 10 business days to the original payment method.
