Morning: Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace. Afternoon: Grand Bazaar & Spice Market. Evening: sunset Bosphorus cruise.
Day 3
Istanbul → Cappadocia
Morning flight to Kayseri and transfer to Göreme. Devrent Valley and Uçhisar castle panoramic viewpoint.
Day 4
Cappadocia — balloon flight & Göreme
Pre-dawn hot-air balloon flight (optional). Göreme Open Air Museum, Love Valley, traditional pottery workshop.
Day 5
Cappadocia → Pamukkale
Flight to Denizli. White travertine terraces of Pamukkale, ancient Hierapolis ruins, and swim in Cleopatra's thermal pool.
Day 6
Pamukkale → Ephesus → Izmir
Explore ancient Ephesus — Library of Celsus, Agora, and Grand Theatre. Evening arrival in Izmir on the Aegean coast.
Day 7
Izmir → Istanbul → Ulaanbaatar
Early flight to Istanbul and onward home to Ulaanbaatar. Time to share memories on the way back.
